Felysa

is a pianist, singer, songwriter originally from Hungary, Eastern Europe who has navigated the ever-changing music landscape with tenacity and determination. She has relocated herself back to Europe from New York City prior the pandemic where she spent earlier many years in Manhattan to find collaborators and artistic inspirations in different fields. As an unsigned vocalist, songwriter, and pianist, her artistic journey has been characterized by her determination and a strong desire for independence. Her music is heavily influenced by musical legends such as The Beatles, Paul McCartney, Aretha Franklin, Amy Winehouse and Madonna. Her sounds exude vividness, sensuality, and a wide of emotions. Additionally, her tracks elicit emotions of love, nostalgia, hope, and the captivating allure of dreaming big.

Felysa’s perspective on her previous jazz projects (her album Senses recorded in New York) and collaborations was altered during the pandemic, and she started yearning for greater musical independence. This realization inspired her to start playing the piano and start writing, producing her own music meanwhile seeking for new internationally recognized collaborators. She started song writing during the pandemic and kept searching for new co-artists. Her first English new single My Galaxy is her debut as a songwriter, vocalist, producer. She collaborated with young New York based music producer talent Claudia Mills and had the Grammy Award winner sound engineer James Auwarter as a mixing and mastering engineer on her latest song.
